GameStop - 4588 - Mall in St Matthews

The cashier Carrie was very kind and was very helpful. I enjoyed the conversation that I had with her while she was ringing me up. I will definitely continue to shop at that GameStop.

Beautiful place for new collection of anime characters and video games

I called the store about 5x. Once I finally got an answer I was asked to hold, and the girl working is very rude and disrespectful. I just wanted to know how to get my hdmi port fixed 😩👎🏽 I think her name was Marissa

Placed a pick up order for the next day, never got an email that it was ready, went up to the mall and this game stop was the only store closed on a Sunday. Then they canceled it the next day. “There is nothing we can do.” Why would anyone ever consider GameStop in the first place on 2026,I should have known.

Inventory was actually pretty decent, good selection of games and apparel. My issue arose at checkout. The only worker was talking with what appeared to be an off-clock or not working employee. Their conversation lasted for about 15 or so minutes, and had 2 people put their items back and leave early. When this happened they just laughed about it, never once saying "We'll just be a moment!" or anything to make sure those waiting in line knew they were not being ignored. I as well work in the Customer Service industry, I understand slow days and wanting to talk to friends, or needing to talk to a manager. I would not have made this review if not for the laughing when people left. That part is not okay.
