Don't recommend GameStop anymore there return policy is garbage and they are no long for the people only for the business I bought a brand new controller and realized it was wrong once I opened it and now they refuse to let me just exchange it for the right one all because I opened the box

We were coming to the store if you’re trying to get there when they first opened me because their hours are not right it’s been 30 minutes after the opening time online and nobody has opened the gate yet

Be careful in this store. The employee tried to steal my wife's phone and didn't give it up until I had the cops on the way to force them to pull security cameras. Claimed he couldn't get a manager on the phone and there was no cameras owned by GameStop in the store. Then it magically appeared when I turned my back talking with the cops.

The obnoxious lady working there was extremely rude to me. I asked a question about a price and she proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. There was a different price on the shelf and another on the product itself, so I was asking for clarification. She said "what is the price on the item?" And I responded, then she said "so what do you think the price is? We put it on there for a reason" I put everything I had down and took my business elsewhere. Treat people better.

False advertisement, my 14 year pick up a steam deck carrying case marked down to 19.99 and went to purchase. Needless to say, he was told that it was no longer that price. When as the adult trying to make this make sense, I went in and asked for the manager to be m told the only correction that would be made is the staff who did not corrected I'm guessing by the close of that sale date would be written up. However, that was not the solution to a 14 year old boy who wanted to purchase it with his own monies. I went ahead and purchased at the 35.99 price. Trust and believe, we will not be back. In reality, you work there and get employee discount. You should be more attentive to sales not site your wishes to customers who found the error. Game Stop ⏹false advertising! Make this make sense.
