GameStop - 4442 - Willowbrook Mall

Awful customer service and scammers. My son (minor) traded in his PS5 with Yiselle, and was not requested to show identification. They claimed to have sent his payment via Venmo, which was never received. They kept the money and the PS5. Diego (manager) refused to cooperate and contact Corporate for assistance. The Wayne police was contacted, and a report was filed. Stay away from this establishment.

Very little selection. My son will not be asking for anymore GameStop gift cards because everything is so overpriced. It used to be a great store. Finishing this last gift card and I most likely will not be a customer anymore.

I stopped by to trade in and Yiselle was wonderful help! She was kind, informative and super super helpful. Thank you to Yiselle for making my visit as easy as possible!

This place is awesome I enjoy coming to this place often to trade in and buy video games for my ps5/ps4 this place has a great staff like yiselle angel Josh and Brianne who are great employee even yiselle and josh memorized my name and said hi to me when I entered the store one day and the store manager Carlos is awesome

“No promo gengar available”… but it sure felt like that decision had more to do with who was in line than actual availability. If you’re picking and choosing customers instead of treating everyone fairly, that’s not how this should work. Not cool. Lawsuit will be happening. Was in line for an hour to be told they didn’t have any left, but then I see people as I’m eating my lunch walking out with them .
