GameStop - 4256 - Christiana Mall

Terrible customer service/experience from the 2 guys behind the counter around 12:30 on 7/19. We pretty much got laughed at the whole time at the counter while asking about extended memory for a PlayStation 5.

I walked up and asked about pricing for extended memory for PlayStation. The worker replied, “how much do you want to spend.” I responded and got laughed at by the larger worker with a beard. Just saying prices and options would have been the professional answer.

Sales girl likes to flirt with married men and tell them where they’ll be on Saturday at the comic book store. Try doing your job and keeping your plans to yourself.

Mr Lean (I believe that was what I saw on his name-tag) was an excellent representative! I had received a Switch 2 from another Gamestop in the mail, and it was improperly packaged and thus arrived damaged. Within a few minutes they were able to return my defective Switch 2 and replace it with a new one with no hassle.

I asked the kind employee at the counter to pick a "lucky" Ascended Heroes dual pack. I'd say this is pretty lucky. 10/10 will go and buy cards again haha thanks man!
