They overcharged me, apparently it is common practice at that store; they add stuff you never asked for or wanted. I went in to buy a pack of cards and when I came home saw they charged me for three items. They added a charge for two card sleeves (PSA), that I never asked for, and they did not provide me one. When I called and asked the guy why he did it, he said it is just a small amount of $.$$, and wouldn't refund it over the phone. Not cool, and doesn't matter how much it is, please don't add charges to my purchase I did not ask for.

The price increased on trading cards by GameStop is terrible. And these people that are buying up all of the Pokemon cards are just as bad. I saw the limit on their screen say 5 Booster packs per customer. And they let the customer buy 10 packs. When logged into the screen it shows limit of 5 even for the pro members. GameStop is making up their own rules and using that to force people to get the membership. I feel bad for the employees they're doing what they're told and you can tell some of them don't want to follow that nonsense. And I watched a customer complain about a warranty being added to their purchase and didn't know about it. They tried to return the item to get the warranty removed and the employee told them they couldn't return it. This is the most unethical GameStop location I've been to stay clear.

Waited in line at GameStop behind a customer for at least 30 minutes. The only time I was spoken to at all was to push me to buy their rewards program, despite me saying I was not interested several times. The employees completely ignored myself and the other customers the entire time. One was in their phone, despite the line. The store was an absolute mess; there are items strewn about the floor and I tripped several times. Not safe for anyone with mobility aids. Worst customer service I've ever had at a GameStop. Very unlikely to shop here again.

I went this morning to exchange a game that was sent damaged, but unfortunately they did not have it. My complain is that I paid for the product full price and I was not returned the same amount because the shipping was not included in the return????? Employees seemed unhappy and seemed that they hate their jobs that require to be friendly with kids, young adults, and parents. I do not recommend this location.

So I went in to buy 9 total figures from the buy 2 get 1 free for my sons and the store associate Alex was beyond helpful and super friendly along with the other store associate that was working there unfortunately I didn’t get the other store associates name, but they are both friendly and amazing and I definitely recommend they get a promotion because they did such an amazing job and helping us. Thank you so much, Alex you really made our day :) also on sidenote, my two sons are very impressed with your amazing customer service
