GameStop - 4231 - Brandon Shopping Center

They actually pick up their phone so Ill be sliding through.

employee made weird comments and when customers had walked away he tried to make remarks

They never answer the phone. Last time I was in some dude working there said the phone "needed new batteries or something" and that was weeks ago and they still don't answer. They don't have product listed on the website that says they should have it. The dude working said the "website isn't always correct". This is a complete joke of a GameStop location.

Stopped in for an exchange and the associate was great. Switched the disc out and I was out of there in 5 mins. The store close to my house is always a hassle. Great customer service.

Michael was an absolute delight and very personable. Helped my husband and I with a PS5 trade in and had a great conversation with him through the process which made it go by faster. Was very polite and sweet when I asked if I could use the counter to make a bottle for my son real quick. I hope he gets the recognition he so greatly deserves! Thanks a lot Michael. You rock man! ✨️⭐️
