GameStop - 4111 - South Park Mall

Walked in and right back out because the employees didn't want to work. Literally came in said I wanted to sell my console and they made it an issue who would and the guy walked away. I ended up saying I'll go somewhere else or sell on market place lol ain't no one got time for lazy employees that's why GameStop is going under. Pretty sure one was a manager too

Mark is the best and most helpful employee. Very knowledgeable on everything in the store. Very friendly and kind. Makes us want to come back! Always good trading card packs to choose from.

James was very helpful. This was the only gamestop i called were someone actually took the time to search for the item I was looking for. Both employees working that day were very helpful. Great customer service

Went in Sunday to trade in my ps5 and Xbox series s for a ps5 pro. Dude kept complaining to me that why did I come in today on his shift. Why not come tomorrow when my boss is in that he’s in Monday and Tuesday’s. He complained it’s going to take long to test them out. That he has to connect the Wi-Fi and connect the cable. I took my business elsewhere couldn’t stand it.

Always a 5 Star experience! These employees know what my kids systems are and what they are geared to. We have been customers for over 17 years if not more. We shall return as long as they continue to have great sales and customer service.
