GameStop - 4080 - Lehigh Valley Mall

Got sold a burnt Pirated Wii game from the sketchy long hair dude at GameStop in the mall. He was like super nice, but He was really quick to throw the game directly in the case and not let us look at it before buying it and in a hurry to get us out of the store. Definitely will be returning it, but make sure you check your games or ask them to pop them in a console before you buy them.

Visited the store this morning A new card release. Employee was rude and dismissive upon opening store almost 10 minutes late. Not the first time I’ve had this experience I will literally drive 20 minutes anywhere else to not go to this GameStop. Do better.

Brianne was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make sure I knew about pre-ordering the new pokemon products. Will def be back as it was a very comforting atmosphere and her customer service was top notch. Its always nice meeting a fellow collector😊I'd give this place 6 stars if I could!

Nicolas was great! I called and he was informative. I stopped in to get my game. He was working alone in a busy store, toggling other customers, yet he took time to assist me almost right away. No one else had the game in stock either (Resident Evil Requiem) These are the reasons to buy from Gamestop. Thanks again Nicolas.

I want to this GameStop today I got myself Pokemon figures cause I collected Pokemon figures and got a Funko Pop of Judy Hopps. And also the employees are very nice.
