GameStop - 4074 - Baybrook Mall

Absolutely horrible service and policies. Went in to get a free poke promo card. Policy “changed in the last hour” - now have to buy “select pokemon packs”. Store clerk tried to sell me a more expensive product and refused to answer my question of whether a less expensive product would meet requirement. Took a few minutes before they finally gave in and let me buy the cheaper pack and promo. They wanted me to buy perfect order packs at $9 each… 😐 Store has items haphazardly stacked and falling over at the slightest touch. Registers are very hard to get to because they have the racks up close and only one person can move through the aisle at a time. 0 if someone is already checking out at a register. Not to mention a lot of items are missing pricing stickers TL;DR: messy, scammy and poor customer service

bought a controller here that doesnt even work. refund is a hassle. Amazon please put gs out of business

The regional manager of this store is a joke, he’ll start gettin tough with you if you try to refund a warranty. Fix your management GameStop, seems like you get these people off the streets or maybe he talks all crazy with everyone cause being a regional manager was the best he could do with his life

Never go to this store. Won’t honor signs they have up. Manager has to call for permission, can’t make own decisions. When I asked if we could speak to her manager she said no and to leave store if we weren’t going to purchase anything. Asked manager to leave sign up so I could take a picture and she tried to remove it before I could; as you can see from her hand in the picture.

Following Covid-19 Guidelines. Only 5 guests in store at a time. Hand sanitizer by door. Wish there was more in stock, games we wanted they did not have. Think employees tired of telling everyone- you can’t come in, only 5 at a time.
