I ordered a controller from Gamestop and was sent the wrong item. I went to return the controller and Eddie, the assistant manager, was rude and not helpful. He refused to take my return, he refused to call the service center for me, he refused to print the label he claims they will send. He was rude. When I asked for his full name he refused to give it to me. No wonder Gamestop is going out of business, the people in store are rude, you can't reach anyone at Customer Service when calling and they don't complete orders correctly. Not to mention the thousands of complaints on sites lik BBB. Don't shop here.

Went to sell back an Xbox 360. The man was off the bat rude and dismissive. After ordering me to empty the box he started to raise his voice because I didn’t bring the controller adapter. I was confused because I did not know there was an adapter in the first place. I just brought it in. He said he would have to accept the entire console and the controller in as a defective product without the adapter. Didn’t test the console, didn’t even plug it in. That’s when I got frustrated because this GameStop location seems to be allergic to money. I’ve had numerous poor experiences. I was told I had to drive back home and grab 2 more games because the way they were sold to me, which I was not informed of, they all 3 had to be returned at the same time. I took my xbox360 down the rd to an actual video game store and they accepted it, along with buying the games I brought with it despite having multiple copies of each, and I was out the door in less than half an hour. I grew up with GameStop and it’s such a shame to see people working there with no passion for the industry or the people in it.

The absolutely best experience ever! Bought 2 packs of Pokemon cards for my son, and the employee kindly helped me picking out what to buy, in the end my son put a super rare Mega Greninja Ex card! Thanks again for such a honest recommendation, you guys rock!

Very disappointed with my experience at GameStop. I purchased a game 10 days ago and specifically asked the employee at the time of purchase what the return policy was. She clearly told me that returns were accepted within 30 days with a receipt. Today I came back with the receipt, original box, and the game in perfect condition, only to be told by another employee that opened new games are not eligible for return. When I explained that their coworker had told us otherwise, he just pointed to the receipt and said it states the policy there. The issue is not just the policy — it’s that employees are giving customers incorrect information at the time of purchase. If I had been told the truth from the beginning, I would have made a different decision. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. How is that even legal? The store representative says one thing and only after purchase, on the receipt, fine print says smth different. Very misleading!

I stopped by today to submit two PSA submissions for grading. I worked with Denis who was absolutely the best! His customer service skills were top notch and the process was so easy! Denis was amazing and this GameStop location rocks!
