We had an excellent experience with Michael at GameStop today. We came in to replace a PlayStation controller that had developed stick drift, and Michael went above and beyond to help us. What impressed me most wasn’t just how helpful and professional he was with me, but how he interacted with my 13-year-old son. He took the time to actually engage with him, answer his questions, explain how things worked, and speak to him like a person rather than just brushing him off as a kid. As a parent, that really stood out to me. I know someone working at GameStop deals with kids and adults all day long, so the fact that he still took the time to make my son feel included and respected says a lot about him. Michael was also extremely helpful in finding the controller we wanted. Instead of simply telling us they didn’t have one when it wasn’t on the shelf, he went into the back and found one in their stock. He also took the time to clearly explain the warranty options and why they might actually be beneficial, without making it feel like a sales pitch. Overall, just outstanding customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely good with people. I believe Michael may be the manager, and if he is, GameStop has a great person representing that store. Either way, he deserves recognition for doing an excellent job.

Good place to pre-order pokemon etbs but don't expect them to be in excellent condition. The seal will be ripped and the box cut through. If you want a fully sealed product your best bet is to visit your local card shop.

No customer service. They paid no attention and were only invested in what they were doing on the computer/ front desk. Didn’t even get a measly hello.

Came for the ps5 30th remote which I was told was in stock over the phone and and when I arrived I was told they haven’t seen it and it may be in the boxes all in the back. Instead of trying to find it he says he still got boxes from last week they going thru. Not a good image on the company.

Michael came through!! I called at 8:20 to check if the Spider-Man limited edition bundle was in stock. I told him I might get there right before they close and he told me to come on in and he’d wait for me. Gave me a great trade-in value plus promo. I highly recommend this location and I hope the district manager understands how much of a valued member Michael is. Thanks again, Michael! You did the thing!
