The manager who's name I believe was Braedon helped me out alot even when he was by himself and alot of other customers. He had a great attitude. Thank you I'll be back.

Really nice employees! Helped me get the PSP UMD games but only one worked, can't blame the store tho lol. Also massive library of retro games, highly recommend!

We went here the other week and had such an inviting experience. The manager, Braden, is extremely knowledgeable about all of the merchandise and was very sweet. He gave us a private tour around as we asked questions, all the while still making himself available to other customers. Would come back to this location over buying online anytime if he is there! Love the game we got that he recommended!

Great experience with Noel while sending cards through PSA and looking at their pokemon card singles. He even took out his own personal bulk for me to go through. Very genuine and gave us some recommendations and tips about the community. Thank you!

Whatever gentleman took my call just made day. Customer service is still alive!! This man was over the top helpful and courteous. He needs to teach classes on this stuff in this day in age.
