Marco and the goth lady were super kind, friendly, and patient. It was a fun interaction and the reason why I still choose to shop in stores, for the experience and variety of affordable products available.

Place looked stocked they just didn't have what I was looking for. Pokemon prices felt at resale prices which may explain why they had so much.

I pre-ordered 2, 007 ps5 Controllers, the day of release i went to go pick them up, they only gave me 1 cause they sold the other one, told me to come back a week later because they had some coming from the warehouse, i go a week later, they don't have them because again..they sold them, and told me to come back later that week. I go, they don't have anything. They told me they'll call me whenever the it arrives, i gave them another week, never got a call, I go and check up on my ps5 controller….they misplaced it and cant find it, at that point just asked for my money back

Every time I visit this GameStop, Kristy makes the experience better. She’s friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable about games and collectibles, and genuinely seems to care about helping customers. It’s rare to meet someone who can turn a routine shopping trip into a great experience, but she does it effortlessly.

Daniel and the guys are usually great but there's one particular employee that goes by Kayla that will not greet you, ask if you need any help and will give abrasive remarks when asking her ANY questions about products or upcoming games. She didn't even offer any protection on the games that I was buying and ended the transaction with " Welp Here ya go..." instead of thank you. She had a bothered face and rotten attitude throughout my visit and gave the same treatment to another customer that was just asking how her day was. Love the store but that person ruined my experience! (receipt ID Kayla 693622)
