Well a few months ago they had another guy as manager . An heck of a guy . Now ur lucky if they even answer the phone . Im gona half to find somewhere to take my business. Better get ur other manager back .

This game's top is always the best experience. The people are always very nice and professional.

Well while I was in there today. Which I was only in there because I found out recently that the Southside store on 231 South had been closed which is the one I usually go to their customer service was awesome and their employees were extremely helpful. That is not the service I received at the Northside Montgomery highway store. One of the employees had his buddies with Pokemon in there and he's extremely loud then did not offer to help with any services. three or four different families were in there and they were ignored while he discussed Pokemon with his friends. My reason for leaving this post is because while I was in there I heard this employee speak very ill about other paying customers that was within the building. I don't know what's happened to GameStop. But I'll start buying my games from eBay or over the internet. I will never enter that story again. Customer service terrible. In an employee openly discussed and made fun of other paying customers as they walked out the door.

We came in with a *large* trade in, and Brandon and his co-worker were so friendly and upbeat throughout the (very long) transaction. They were patient and also really sweet to our kiddos. We've had experiences elsewhere in which we would have been treated as an inconvenience with so many items, but these two were both enthusiastic and efficient. This location is great; we love coming here. Thanks guys!!
