“Hey, Cory! It’s Cory!” The manager of this location has got the be the greatest customer service rep/manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of helping me with my transactions. Via calls, in store. Been to a lot of GameStop’s, and an early 2000’s employee myself, I think that says a lot! This guy is top shelf! Thanks, Cory, staff and everything to do with this specific location! Posted hours are incorrect. Tried multiple times to come at open and it’s never open. Currently 1008 on a Friday and they are still closed.

Listen I’m a Pokemon fan. Not a scalper. I went in to get 2 journey together blister pack(usually you can only get 2 from stores when you are able to find cards) which I’m fine with. However I get up to the register and the employee was like “you aren’t a pro so you can only get one” when asked why she said “to deter scalpers”. So yall want me to pay $57 dollars for 6 packs of cards plus $25 membership? So I would have spent 82 dollars for 6 packs of cards???? News flash: Yall are already selling those blister packs 12-15 dollars over msrp so who is the scalper here? GameStop is…I don’t want to pay for a Pro membership because I have a PC and I like Pokemon cards… game stop has become a joke and a scalper resale establishment instead of a place that used to be amazing. I'd much rather buy cards/games/merch from anywhere but here.

Only gave them 3 stars because they markup pokemon cards nearly 50% over msrp.
