Such an awesome store. Had called to see if a figure had come in and the employee Linda had helped me out to know when it would be there. There was another worker there too that had sorted through the back to find the figure. I didn’t get his name but he was also amazing. 10/10 service can’t recommend this GameStop enough

I have driven to this store for an hour twice just because they have really good costumer service. The store is big, well stocked, and well organized. I wish stores closer to me would be as nice as this one. Thank you to all of the staff for being so friendly. I appreciate everything helping me secure Pokémon cards for my boys as their birthdays are coming up.

I had a really bad experience at the Apple Valley location with an employee named AJ. He was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire time. He stayed on his phone while checking out my partner, which is honestly unacceptable. On top of that, he interrupted me just to correct something I said while I was talking to my partner, which was unnecessary and disrespectful. When I tried to pick up a graded card, his attitude got even worse. He was shrugging and making facial expressions, which came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Overall, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expect.

Awful, don't pre order. They didn't call. Blamed phone systems being changed. Called them, said they had it to come on by! They didn't. Blamed it on me for not receiving the calls they didn't make. Anna in Victorville GS by Hobby Lobby is a real one though. Ignore this location.
