They sell used games at the new price. Then I called the manager and the manager said that she doesn't need customers like me and hung up on me. I do not recommend this company

I recently visited this location to pick up a preorder that I had and it left me walking out with 3 pretty big issues. The first issue I had was customer service, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes while the staff both ignored the line to help a single customer with their game order. The second issue arose when I finally got help and the gentleman told me that they didn’t have my preorder. I asked why and if there was anyway to get my game. And they said “they just aren’t here” The final issue I had was overhearing what I presume was the store manager cursing and threatening to fight a customer who had come in because what seemed like he worked at another game store nearby. This store has really been disappointing my past few visits and really don’t think I’ll be back to shop. The atmosphere and service has been extremely lackluster :/

The prices at this GameStop are genuinely unbelievable. There's no reason to be shopping here, specifically for trading cards. I was surprised at the massive stock of Pokémon cards, only to realize the reason there were so many are due to insane price gouges. Every Pokémon tcg item was just about double the MSRP or higher

Just picked up a pre-owned Series X. The outside of the console is in great condition, everything is working as it should. Came with a used controller that was in surprisingly good shape, no noticeable stick drift. Dude who sold it to me was helpful, good vibes. Would shop here again.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience really needs to be shared. We purchased a $60 pre-owned Xbox controller for my son’s birthday along with a $15 warranty on a Friday. When we opened it at home, the controller was dirty, visibly chipped, and within an hour started having severe stick drift issues. At the time of purchase, we were clearly told there was a 7-day return window for pre-owned items. We brought it back the following Monday and exchanged it for another pre-owned controller. Unfortunately, when we got home and plugged it in, the audio didn’t work on the replacement, and it randomly disconnected from the Xbox. Within 30 minutes of purchase, we were back in the store again. Instead of honoring the 7-day return policy, the employees used the warranty we had purchased to replace the controller both times. This meant we paid for insurance twice $32 total and still ended up needing to buy a brand-new controller anyway. When we asked about the 7-day return policy, there was no clear response. My husband eventually had to insist on getting the cash value of the controller back so we could purchase a new one, and even then there was hesitation until he again mentioned the return window. The whole experience felt very misleading. The new controllers were kept out of sight while more expensive pre-owned controllers were displayed upfront, which made it feel like customers are steered toward used products and then forced to rely on warranties when those items fail even within the stated return period.
