Today I was overcharged more than $4 for a game. Look at both pictures posted. When brought to the cashier’s s attention, she said nothing she could do about it and refused to honor the sticker price and refund the overcharged amount. I won’t be coming back. I don’t recommend them if you go be sure to watch the prices they are charging.

Some of the workers are cool. Couple of them are like the ones you see on YouTube. They are rude and don't know anything. Including the time they open. Literally asked the girl working there when they open on Friday. She told me she didn't know don't it's the typical time.

I ordered a game and paid for it the day before it was released, so pre-ordered. I went to the store the next day for pick-up. No issues until we spoke to Rose, the manager. I looked at my email for the confirmation and surprised that 3 hours after I had the confirmation there was another email saying it was cancelled! I told her that I ordered it ahead and there was no reason for it to be cancelled. She said the ones they had in store were for pre-order only with an attitude. I told her I did pre-order it and pay for it. She refused to help find another store nearby with one available. I've never had issues before, I've been a Pro member for years. Another reason we normally go to the GameStop on Bay Area and not League City.

I’m reminded why I stopped going to GameStop several years ago. I wasn’t asked, I was TOLD I would renew my membership from back then, and I was TOLD I would get the warranty for a new controller. I had to awkwardly say I wasn’t interested and confirm I wasn’t interested an additional time or two after that. And I know this is coming from GameStop higher-ups, I’m not upset with the staff, as they were very polite and friendly otherwise. But geez, every time I walk into a GameStop I feel like I’m treated like nothing more than a wallet

Very rude service I got greeted with a what's up by a very uninterested sales rep who seemed more interested on what's on her phone than explaining why they didn't have my preorder game after it was ordered five days in advance the level of incompetence is a joke do not recommend this location just download your game on line.
