I read some dubious reviews about someone named Tim that works here but had no choice - was told to go to Game Stop to fix my Nintendo Switch problem. I had the pleasure of interacting with Travis and Jess - absolutely fabulous! They helped me with my problem fast and were super friendly. And I found a cassian Andor pop I fell in love with and had to have. Thank you guys so much for the help, and Ruby Pickles said thank you too!!! Five star service from Travis and Jess!

Horrible customer service, foul language, rude to assisting employee AND a customer. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Their security system in the back was going haywire and making the loud obnoxious sound, he kept going in and out of the back cussing and getting agitated because he had to wait on customers. When one customer asked for something out of the case, he proceeded to say "can't you see I'm in the middle of something? The alarm in the back is going off and you ask me to get something out of the case...." We put everything we were going to buy back and left. Will not be returning unless they revamp the staff.

They ran out of the promo cards for the release of chaos rising when I put my pre order in they told me they prioritize pre orders first with those cards. Other than for that stamped card why am I paying so much for these new releases. I got the same ETB plus a bosster pm at the local card shop for the same price of one ETB here at this gamestop. Plus no one informed me that my other pre order got pushed back till I tried to pick it up today such a let down and no coupon or anything for like $5 off or something for them not having there products when they accouchement. Wouldn't this be a case of false advising.

Won’t let me go through the process of having someone else pick up my graded Submission since I will be gone for over a month. Teddy just laughing on the phone telling me I have to be the one to pick it up. GameStop support says there is a process that allows me to let someone else pick it up. Not sure what the power trip was for but just go anywhere else. Morgantown GameStop is so much nicer and so much more helpful.

Just got SCAMMED less than a week before Christmas. Went in to look for a keyboard, they had a clearance open box razer deathstslker v2 pro for 159.97 plus tax (came to 170). When I asked about the keyboard, the lady at the register said oh yeah we've had that since before I even started let me look for it, and proceeded to dig through the drawers and pull out a dusty old keyboard from the drawer, a few jokes were made but it is a high end keyboard so I was still interested in it for the price, I asked very specifically (because of the condition and price) what the return policy was in case anything was wrong with it since they dont test it in the store, she asked the other lady she was working with to confirm and they both told me multiple times I had 7 days if anything was wrong to return it. Great! Worst case scenario ill just return it if it doesn't work! Fast forward i get home and try to hook it up and the 2.4 ghz dongle is broken, has a range of about a foot, and when I tried it on Bluetooth mode after updating everything there was a significant lag that made it useless, I suspect an issue with the antenna or somthing internally but i tried for hours to get it to work properly, but alas no luck; oh well I guess ill return it and look for something else. I return with my receipt the very next day, only to be told they won't except the return because of the clearance pricing. I asked to speak to a manager, because I very specifically confirmed the ability to return BEFORE I purchased it, and theyre employees (receipt says jessica but both employees present confirmed) multiple times i would be able to return it if there was any issues. I was told that was a lie, they're system won't allow the return. I say that's just not acceptable, so she calls who I'm assuming is the district manager because at this point I've just been scammed to see if there's anything they can do and they say the best they can offer is to swap it for something of equal value. Great! At least I won't be out almost 200$ ! Wrong. The most expensive keyboard ( had to be a pc category for the swap) was 60 bucks, and they won't swap it for anything else ie headsets games etc. So she says theres just nothing they can do. So long story short, don't trust the employees, and don't believe what they tell you, do your independent research or just shop somewhere that honors theyre word. These people just scammed me out of almost 200 dollars a week before Christmas and did nothing to help, and refuse to honor they're own employees word, even though it was their mistake and the item sold was broken, they won't fix it, and they don't care, just blame the system and throw up their hands. Very disappointed, very aggravated, very much scammed by a multi million dollar company, and I truly mean scammed. This specifically happend at the uniontown PA location on 12/19/25
