Danny was amazing I didn’t realize you needed a certain charger for a switch and so that would’ve brought down my price dramatically, but he helped me out because of that I’m able to go and afford my inhaler. This is what customer service is all about such an amazing experience way better than buying games online.!

Pardon my French but wow I’ve never seen a more poorly ran location in my life. Kudos to the managers for running such a trash operation.

I've been a longtime GameStop customer, but visiting stores has become frustrating. I understand that employees have to follow company policies, but the way those policies are often communicated can come across as pushy or dismissive. What I used to enjoy about shopping at GameStop was the customer experience and enthusiasm for gaming. That experience has declined for me over the years. I've had similar experiences at multiple locations, not just this one. Because of this, I don't plan to renew my Pro membership when it expires. I've found other retailers and online stores to be more convenient, with simpler returns, competitive prices, and customer service that better fits my expectations. On the positive side, there is one employee at the Miller location who has always been helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful, and I appreciate her professionalism. I hope GameStop takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the in-store experience.

Great customer service, the guys there are really nice and helped me with my questions. I had to run out but Danny called me afterwards to give me the answer to the question I had for a preorder I had made. This is my favorite store location that I have been to. Thank you 👍🏻
