GameStop - 3687 - Oak Grove Crossing

This place has been here forever! And we just love it! I’ve been taking my son who is now 19 when he was eight! Now I take my other younger son. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and I love that they are still up and running.

10/10 experience at this gamestop! This was our first time at this gamestop and never in my life have I experienced the best customer service ever. I dont know how to spell his name but Brian or Bryan helped us out and was so communicative and helpful. Gave us options and made the whole experience so easy!

Went in with very little knowledge of what games are best for the Switch. Ethan took his time explaining games he thought I would like, whilst still attending to and being polite to other customers. We la ded on Zelda Breath of the Wild. And he was SO RIGHT! Great customer service from Ethan.

Go to this GameStop and ask for Ethan. An upstanding gentleman who knows the market, the best deals for what you’re looking for and ultimately helped me save the most money while getting the most for my trade in. I will always go back to this store and ask for Ethan. Took his time while a busy store was going on and made everyone satisfied.

Major shout out to Ethan. You’re truly setting the bar for excellence with regards to customer service. From answering questions over the phone to in-store professionalism I appreciate all of your helpful information over the phone as well as all your patience, knowledge and helpfulness in store. Will visit this GameStop in Lake Elsinore, California again next time I am visiting in California
