GameStop - 3677 - Klamath Village

Great selection but the lady that works there is just not friendly at all every single time I’ve been in there the past few years. You work at GameStop we get it but don’t make it so apparent to the customers you hate your life so bad. The guys there have all seemed pretty nice and helpful but to that one lady. Leave your crappy attitude for life at the door when you clock in. Life’s wayyyyy too short to be that miserable. Photos below are other reviews about the same lady

Best GameStop I've been too. I move here from Texas. There Customer service is so awesome its amazing. I barely knew kinda how to explain what I need they both together to helped me with advice and want I need exactly without trying to get me the most expensive item Instantly they me decide and ask questions. I really want to tell people to go there. Your get great customer service.

I have been going to GameStop since it used to be called Funco land and they never disappoint me. Their pricing is fair regardless of what all those commercials and memes say about them. The people that are probably getting less are the ones getting cash. They're not a pawn shop. If you want cash take your stuff there but if you want store credit they will give you good deals. I don't think I've ever gone anywhere else to buy a video game. Why would I?

The employees and manager in this store sold us something we were uneducated about with a zero return policy that they expected us to know. When speaking to them, they were just as nonchalant about how it is policy with being willing to even offer so much as $5 in store credit for something their incompetence caused. It might not seem like much money to them, but it’s a lot of money to a poorer family like us who was trying to treat our son, and now he has nothing because he didn’t even so much as look at the boxes. Corporate also has zero sympathy for the situation. They filed a “store report” and ensured “action will be taken” which is frankly wording for “we’ll send an email to them telling them to do better”. Your service is all but atrocious and your policies are laughable if this is how you handle customers who have NEVER been to your store and NEVER bought ANY KINDS OF TRADING CARDS IN THEIR LIFE! Stop expecting only experienced people walk in, because that’s garbage. I absolutely do not recommend this store and absolutely will never be going back.
