GameStop - 3671 - Florida City SWM

Shout out to Alizae, I made a mistake on my visit and when I came back she helped me out, did my refund and got me what I needed. Thank you!!!

Bought some items here and the manager who was a 5’11 barely maybe 6 foot guy kept looking at me like a pest and kept hurrying me up even harassing me a bit he dressed like if he was some skater dude from 2006 like let it go bro, and there were also like 2 girl employees there looking at me so weird in a way that they were almost belittling me. I will never go to this GameStop again if you hate your job so bad then just quit. Don’t make your customers feel guilty for shopping there and make them feel like pests. -10/10 rating for this place. Smh

KALEEL IS THE MANNNNN THANKS FOR EVERYTHING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Honestly miss the old manager of this location… Actually took the time to talk to his customers. As for the new lanky gentleman with glasses that dresses like hes in Tony Hawk’s American wasteland loves to talk to us as if we were pests even though we spend hundreds. We get it your job sucks… quit… no reason to be passive aggressive. 10+ years in customer service in retail, medicinal, and warehouses… and I have never spoken to a person the way this little boy did. He just knows he can talk to us like that because he has control of the situation. Keep that sad man in Southland.

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about current events and new releases.
