GameStop - 3670 - Shoppes at Tanglewood

I would like to acknowledge the time and courtesy given to us by Bryan while visiting the store. Bryan’s knowledge and thoroughness helped us feel confident in our purchase. We don’t know much about gaming we’re just the parents! Thank you!

We came in at one hour to closing on a Sunday night - our bad, we didn't realize it had gotten so late. But Dylan hooked us up! Gave us a fair trade in for our two older systems and a whole bunch of controllers and got us all set up with a switch 2 for the kids, all while dealing with 3 other customers that came in at the last minute. Really great and professional experience, will come here again!

Absolutely terrible. You’re better off going to the Walmart next door for your expensive gaming related items, since they don’t like to disclose their return policy. I’m out over $200.

So I went and bought a controller and wireless headset for my PS5. I needed help finding the perfect set up and Alyssa rose to the occasion. She was incredibly knowledgeable and even helped me pick the best color to match my home decor! As soon as I walked in she welcomed me with her warm and beautiful smile which truly brightened my day. I hope her manager/boss sees this and gives her a raise and a promotion. She is incredibly knowledgeable and beautiful inside and out. THANK YOU ALYSSA! ♥ 😉

Nice staff and organized sales. Gets restock often.
