GameStop - 3614 - Tuscany Plaza

Excellent customer service. Will definitely shop here again.

Inaccurate business hours. They seem to close early and ignore you whenever they feel like it. Plan accordingly if you're going to visit this location.

Literally don't know how to answer the phone very very rarely will they ever pick up even after calling 4 times in a row just to ask if they had a certain item in stock. Wouldn't recommend calling, if you need to call them call Kennewick location they are more reliable!

Dont expect these guys to ever pick up the phone when you call

This is a nice store. They always call us for reminders for our preorders. Up front they have a tv that you can look at all the new game releases. They have the cutest ramen bowls & glasses. You can find a gift for any game lover. They have refurbished headsets & controllers. They also have cool hoodies in XL sizes.
