I had an incredible experience at this location thanks to Jordan. I came in for two trade-ins, and he made the entire process seamless and efficient. What really stood out, though, was the environment. GameStop is at its best when the people behind the counter are actual gamers who genuinely connect with the customers. Jordan is a perfect example of that. It’s the shared passion for gaming that makes this business special, and Jordan’s expertise and attitude made it clear why I keep coming back to this store. Corporate should definitely recognize him—employees like Jordan are the reason GameStop remains the go-to spot for the community.

Very disappointed by my 2 instances at that store. Tracey definitely needs to either prop his customer service skills or just leave. At this point I recommend anyone considering visiting the store, drive a few minutes more and head over to the GameStop at Town Center. Definitely over there is where they value customers as it should be. You see, I could've got my games either from Best Buy or just buy them digitally, but I'd rather support my local GameStop store but no when customer service is as low and detrimental as the one provided at this store.

I had a very lovely experience with Matt tonight. I sent my bf in to ask about Pokémon cards, and Matt was very informative on Pokémon cards and buying in general. I am new to Pokémon cards and he was very nice to explain things and recommend places to play other games/board games. It was nice to have an enjoyable experience since typically women aren’t treated the same in card game circles; I enjoyed not being talked down to for once.
