This GameStop has gone through multiple management changes, and unfortunately the same serious problems continue. There have been repeated issues with backdooring TCG products, especially Pokémon cards, making it nearly impossible for regular customers to have a fair chance at buying new releases. Certain people not naming who seem to always have access before products ever hit the shelves, which creates a very unfair environment for honest customers and collectors. I have also witnessed employee discounts being given to known local card resellers, which feels incredibly wrong and unprofessional. Loyal customers who support the store regularly are left paying full price while others appear to receive special treatment and favoritism. One employee, Ally, has been consistently rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional not only toward me, but toward multiple other customers as well. Calling customers names, speaking aggressively, and creating a hostile environment should never be acceptable in retail. It is shocking that this behavior has been allowed to continue without any accountability from management. This store used to be a fun and welcoming place where people could shop, talk, and build friendships within the community. Now it feels cold, hostile, and dishonest. Between the favoritism, poor management, disrespectful staff, and constant issues surrounding Pokémon card releases, this location has completely lost the trust of many longtime customers. I would strongly recommend corporate take a serious look into what is happening at this store.

I am not usually one to leave a review, but I had to in the situation. I worked retail for many years, and understand the stresses of the job, but this morning was completely unacceptable for a professional organization viewpoint. I waited for an hour for a trade-in as a lone cashier had to brave the crowd of people that had gathered. In the end, the girl was so stressed that her offer wasn’t even close to website descriptions for what was being traded in. Management needs to do better, I do not blame the girl at all. Things need to be ran better or the store doesn’t need to be open.

This is easily one of the worst GameStop locations I’ve ever been to. It’s shocking how far this store has fallen after repeated management changes. The staff are consistently rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. Don’t expect a greeting, help, or even basic courtesy. Most of the time, employees either ignore customers or disappear into the back, leaving the floor unattended while they sit on their phones. Asking questions is a waste of time you’ll either get a vague, dismissive response or information that isn’t even accurate. It feels like they’ll say anything just to avoid actually helping you. On top of that they lie to get more customers in the store. The overall atmosphere is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. There’s a clear lack of respect toward customers, and at times the treatment comes across as discriminatory, especially toward people of color. No one should feel judged or looked down on just for walking into a store. Honestly, save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. This location is poorly run, poorly staffed, and not worth your time or money. Especially since they have reseller prices on tcg now. I hope this place gets shut down.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever heard of. My fiance went into this store today to buy Elden Ring. He misspoke and said he wanted the PS4 version. He went to check out and the woman (Julia) wouldn’t stop asking if he wanted to be a rewards member, repeatedly and annoyingly. He repeatedly told her no, so finally another associate rung him out. When he came home, he realized he had the wrong game, so he went back to grab the right one. Julia was on the ladder across the store and shouted at him that he had asked for the PS4 version and she hadn’t messed up. My finace never accused her of messing up, but said he had misspoke. He got the correct game and was speaking to the woman at the front, to which he asked her what everyone’s names were because of the poor customer service he had had in the previous interaction. Joshua was ringing him out this time around, to which Joshua began to cuss my fiance out and started to defend his coworker, saying that there was no way in hell that his coworker would treat him that way, etc etc. Colby had to tell Joshua to stop screaming at my fiance. When he asked if Game Stop did surveys or had a way to contact corporate, Colby said no that they had done away with surveys. My fiance took his receipt and called the corporate number located on the receipt. Walmart had the game cheaper anyway. Will never be back. 0/10.

I'm not a gamer, to be honest. However I found some interesting collectibles at an amazing price, besides the attention was very kind and the store has a lot of stuff. I recommend this place if you are looking for collectibles like Star Wars, Transformers, Mario Bros, Minecraft, Marvel, DC and others.
