GameStop - 3585 - Kent Station

Tried to call this GameStop around 4:00 pm and no one answered. I proceeded to call back a couple times after a few minutes because they’re a business so I’d assume they would answer but they did not. First time I’ve experienced a business who doesn’t answer in the middle of the day before.

I drove 20 minutes to get here, and it had a sign saying be back in 45 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait so gotta come back another time I guess.

Came in on lunch to buy 2 xbox series s controllers and a bluetooth/wireless headset. Waited about 10 minutes. One worker was on break and couldn't help and the other employee was with another customer. First time in, and will order online.

5 stars. Got some psa card sold here who Ben from Auburn GameStop couldn't do. Gave Auburn GameStop 0 stars. Kent 5 stars.

Staff is nice, but they never give this store any promos, waited outside for awhile, I was first in line, no sign on the door about not receiving any, only disappointment once the doors finally opened, didn't care much for the release at scalpstop prices. I'm guesting everyone else didn't either, as %95 of the line behind me left immediately.
