I had a terrible customer service experience tonight. The full grown adult male worker there was completely rude, ignorant, and disrespectful. I got robbed of my money at this store. Do not go here, instead go to gamexchange in Enfield, CT. They have the same prices if not better prices there and give you much better prices on your trade ins and take more items. Instead of being publicly humiliated by a full grown man working at a GameStop, go to this store where the customer service is great and has good prices.

Today I was at a game stop and when I arrived they treated me as if my money is not worth it and told me to move because there were people but he told me in a very bad way and I think that those types of people should not be accepted in any business that tries to talk to the customer and I still think that they have to do something with that and if they do nothing they will run out of customers

A horrible display of customer service. Whoever is currently in that store right now should be fired. Called multiple times to no avail. Assumed the store was packed so I drove there. Only to be greeted by the laziest worker I have ever encountered. Had the audacity to say no one called l. So I called on the spot. Phone rang ofcourse. Then says oh I was in the bathroom . 👀. Workers like him are the reason GameStops are closing down.

This people are a fraud sell me a PlayStation and white a 100 guaranteed i bring back the same PlayStation and now they said it don’t work and don’t want to give me the garrantee either for the same reason and when they were selling me the guarantee they tell me it cover everything and the hunt for excuses for not pay i wasn’t looking for guarantee my ps5 works perfectly but i try to give it for credit for an oculus quest 3 and they lied in my face saying it doesn’t work and i tell them well if it doesn’t work give me a new one i got garrantee and they say if the plates aren’t there no guarantee so how it cover even if a car pass on it but not white other plates ? Im a salesman an honest one and i can promise this people are bad bissnes they are just for the comisión they lose when they have to honor anything they promise cose the store lose go online and is cheaper and better
