Do not shop here. They will not honor sticker prices on their items and charge you more at register with the excuse "i cant do anything about it". Shady buisness practices done by shady employees

The manger jimmy Hides all the one piece stock opens them, and then brags to customers openly about getting all the hits. Very rude manager also spreads rumors about customers and other local businesses. My daughter didn’t even want to be in the store. I do not understand why GameStop would employee such rude people

Just got back from the store. They had/have a buy2get1 free on pre-owned games deal going on. I went to check out and noticed that warranties were rung up with the games as well. I don't get warranties so I politely asked Seonna for them to be taken off, however I was told that the warranties CANNOT be removed or it would void the b2g1 deal. I thought that was odd since I used to work at gamestop years ago, but policies change. I paid, but was annoyed. Then, just to check I called 3 other stores in the area... and ALL 3 of them said that the mandatory warranty WASN'T a thing! So I'm going to go back tomorrow and demand a refund for the amount of the warranties. Do not trust what SEONNA says, she lied right to my face and doubled down when I asked about it again to clarify.

I quite literally just got to my car in the parking lot outside this store and I just had to write a review. This GameStop is one of the nicest, cleanest, and well organized. They have a great selection of retro games! Sharif was the one who helped me find what I needed. Sharif was very knowledgeable and we had a great conversation about games and the future of physical media. I will definitely be back, and I suggest anyone looking for any game or other related content should shop here! Thank you Sharif for your amazing work!

I didn't actually go in this time but I have and I know why it has such a good reputation. It's everything gaming. And I unfortunately have to bring my kids there quite frequently because of it. So yes I'm pretty well schooled in what it's all about... and I would recommend it to any gammer.
