GameStop - 3419 - Crossroads at Riverbank

This is the best Gamestop! My son loves going here all the time. Joey is great! He's always friendly and is knowledgeable about video games. He even moved a shelf over one time to make it easier for my son to get through with his wheelchair. We also like Lily. She knows a lot about Pokémon and she remembers what merch we were looking for and gives good recommendations! This is definitely the best Gamestop in our area! I highly recommend.

If I could give a half star I would. Terrible place for trade ins. Employee with long hair pony tail wouldn’t let me trade in a perfectly working console because one of the covers was missing. It was the back door for a hard drive on a 30 year old console. Man, thought he was god spending all the little details on cosmetic issues. What a rip off. Went to the GameStop on the other side of town and they took it no problem. Waste of time trading in here. If I brought some games probably would deny it for having a scratch due to the thrill he gets off to.

Love this Gamestop! It's the only one that I go to. Associates are always super friendly, store is super clean, and I can score some good deals on stuff 👌 Highly recommend visiting this store.

Fantastic store and location. Very good employees that were personable without being too alarming with upselling. I usually avoid GameStop for that reason but these guys know how to be accommodating and listen as well. Thank you!

Went to take my son in to spend his Christmas money. It was busy so I can understand not being greeted but when we got to the counter the older man seemed frustrated and puzzled. He didnt even ask us if we found everything okay or did he even greet us. All he said was are you pro member with us we said no. Then the item my son found I guess the price wasn't coming up so he asked him where he found it. So he huffs all frustrated because he had to go get a price. Then he hands my son his money back after the transaction and doesn't even say thanks or have a good day just extremely rude presence and I won't be taking my son here again after that experience.
