GameStop - 3410 - Lancaster Corners

Terrible customer service. Cole was super rude. He didn’t even acknowledge my boyfriend standing at the register to ask him a question. He then proceeded to yell at us for looking through an open box of games that was on the table with no sign telling us otherwise. Won’t be going back level up gaming in Columbia has way better customer service anyways.

Bought a headset that they told me to keep the receipt for in case of any issues, once I got home opened the box and tried them on they were not to my liking for the price I paid. Tried to return them and they wouldn’t allow me to. I’ll stick with Just Press Play, they have better prices and customer service anyways

We called if they had a game available and the girl said yes then went the next day to get the game and the guy said she was wrong and they didn't have it. Why lie? And how did she see it if they actually don't have it? And why do you need an ID to do an exchange for a game? Especially one I bought with a receipt.

As a customer who goes there alot I didn't appreciate how the staff was talking about different religions and making fun of them as well. Definitely something you should not talking about at work

Felicia was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about the games they have available. I was in a jam with trying to decide what game was appropriate for my kid and she was right on the money. Even though they were busy when it came to our turn, she spent as much time as we needed to make the right game decision. I would highly recommend this location because of her and her incredible incredible customer service!
