The store feels more like a pop-culture and collectibles shop with video games sharing the space rather than running the whole show. There was a strong selection of trading cards, collectibles, LEGO sets, character merchandise, and other fandom-focused items. Pokémon cards had a particularly noticeable presence, and there were plenty of displays that made this feel closer to a pop-culture stop than a traditional game store. Video games are still part of the mix, including new and pre-owned titles, but they definitely seemed secondary. The pre-owned shelves had some reasonable prices, and the Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion on select older PlayStation and Xbox games could make digging through the racks worthwhile. I was only browsing during this visit and didn’t need any help from the staff, so I can’t personally speak to the customer service. I did notice, however, that service concerns come up fairly often in some of the more recent reviews, so that may be worth keeping in mind. For collectors, card fans, and anyone hunting for pop-culture merchandise, there is plenty here to browse. The Force has clearly shifted toward collectibles and cards, with the video games now playing more of a supporting role. Still a worthwhile side quest—just keep an eye on those credits, because the collectibles section may be the real final boss.

What happened to the one normal dude who worked here? Had tattoos on his one arm and glasses, and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. He didn’t force anything down my throat and wasn’t rude like the rest of the employees. Have been back to this location but haven’t seen him there working so I just avoid the store completely. Also the Pokemon cards being almost double retail is absolutely criminal. Would avoid this place if you want a good experience without the one dude working.

Poor customer service, employee was trying waaaay too hard to sell the membership, and after declining multiple times and paying, the employee just handed us an empty bag and turned away from us without saying a word. My husband bagged up our items on the counter and we left. Pretty sure the cashiers manager was standing right there too.

The customer service situation here is genuinely unreal 🤣🤣 There are great employees in the GameStop metro, just look at Apple Valley; but this one you’re playing Russian Roulette as to whether or not you’ll have a smooth transaction or if you’ll want to pull your hair out. Inventory wise though this one does tend to be pretty strong, especially on the console front. I’ve spent a decent amount of money here but wish I could do it without getting shaken down for a protection plan on something I’ll be taking out of the case only a handful of times. But yeah the majority of the complaints you see across these reviews are valid from my handful of times I’ve been in there. Some of them seem like chillers as people, but just seemingly despise their jobs lmao

I would put 0 stars for being taken advantage of and lied to, but it needs a star for ratings. Samuel was our cashier and originally let us know that we were getting a free pro membership out of the deal. However, when we saw the $25 charge before our payment, we asked him about it, and he back peddled. It was then he told us it was going to save us $35, so it was "basically free." That was a lie as well. When we returned home, we saw the membership didn't save any money (actually cost us money) and called in about it. The person who answered the phone said we could return it at any store. That was incorrect as well as we went to another location and were told the return had to be at the location where it was purchased. We were also told at the second location that no one could help with this situation if we called customer service. This was also false. We called their costumer service line, and they were able to start the return for us. Because of all the blatant lies, I won't be going back to Gamestop, especially this scamming location again.
