GameStop - 3378 - Estrella Marketplace

To start I spend THOUSANDS of dollars at this Gamestop annually. On Sunday 5-27-26 at 7:51 PM I was part of an experience (There were three customers in the building at the time) which was bizarre and wildly unprofessional to the least. I immediately called Gamestop's corporate number and explained what happened. My incident number is 2177991. I was told and assured on that phone call a Director would reach out to me to discuss the matter and come to a resolution. It is now Friday June 5th and I have received zero communication of any sort. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Last I checked companies want a customer like myself who spends thousands and thousands of their hard earned dollars annually with them. I guess I was wrong.

I usually don’t leave reviews, especially for GameStop but the employees here have been really helpful and knowledgeable, especially the guy with long hair and glasses. All the other employees are awesome as well and always have a good attitude. I always keep coming back to this location 👍

Lauren was so helpful and kind during our visit! She was welcoming to everyone, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped us decide on which console was best for us. Because of her help, we feel confident in our decision and recommend this store to everyone. We’ll definitely be back!

So, I went with a friend who took in their stuff; the trade-in was alright. I don't typically shop here nor do trade-ins, but i may reconsider and give GameStop a chance with my stuff next time.

They were such a big help here when I needed it to trade in my Xbox for certain reasons, but the level of professionalism and them being able to conduct themselves in a very professional but respectful manner definitely showed me. I can definitely come back to do more business if you’re looking to have a great personal experience And purchase a console or questions about purchasing games I would definitely come here cause the experience is something that you wouldn’t forget.
