They canceled my order without calling to let me know, even though they had the game in stock. I drove all the way up there for no reason. I guess I'll buy it on Amazon for cheaper!

Wish they would stop scalping. Would love to be a “Pro Member” if the company wasn’t suck a money hog. Don’t get me wrong totally understand making money but there is no need to triple or quadruple the price

Came in before midnight for the advertised Pokémon Ho-Oh promo release and was told the store was already “sold out” before the release time even happened. Not sure how customers are supposed to have a fair chance if promos are gone before they officially release. Pretty disappointing experience for actual fans and collectors.

I had an excellent experience at this GameStop. I came in after having issues with a pre-owned Switch 2 console I had purchased from another location. The switch wouldn’t cast to the TV and I was hoping someone could help me figure it out. An employee named Brad took the time to actually troubleshoot the problem instead of just suggesting a return or exchange. Within minutes, he figured out the issue wasn’t the console at all, it was just the AC adapter. As soon as he plugged it into a new one, the Switch 2 worked perfectly. Brad was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything clearly, was very apologetic for the inconvenience I had dealt with, and even gave me a replacement AC adapter free of charge. That kind of customer service is hard to find. The difference between this store and others I’ve been to was night and day. They actually took the time to help and solved the problem on the spot. Highly recommend this location, great staff and outstanding customer service.

This particular location has excellent customer service and a clean store with great selection. I drive past another game stop to come here because Brad runs a customer service driven environment that makes it pleasant to do business.
