Pretty solid place. Great assortment of funkos and figurines, however there cards are a bit pricey... But the experience is worth it and the employees are funny.

They sold me a broken new item and I returned with receipt and was told that it's on me. Scammers. Disputed on my card to recoup. They are little better than a casino town pawn shop. Low quality customer service. Just drones.....

This store completes fraudulent charges. Charged me 3 times for the same purchase and stated sometimes their scanner scans it 3 times. I went in and showed bank statements for the exact amount 3x's. I was told they couldn't do anything without a reciept. Clearly they could have looked up the purchases on the card but did not help at all.

Didn't even know how to open there inventory had to call another store to help them train your people better

Super friendly store. Really understand what customer needs. When I bought card from them, they notice I don’t bring a penny sleeve with me and offer to give me one to protect the cards. I usually doesn’t leave 5star review because most of store just simply accomplish their job. However this store service is beyond expectation and super friendly.
