My children recently traded in several games and received $25 in store credit. We used that credit to order a game for home delivery. During checkout, the employee did not verify our address. I immediately noticed the incorrect address on the order and brought it to his attention. He assured me the address had been corrected and that everything was taken care of. However, I later received an email confirming the order had been shipped to an address we have not used in over eight years, located in another state. I contacted the store and was instructed to call customer service to cancel the order. I followed those instructions, successfully canceled the order, updated my address again, and received a confirmation email indicating the cancellation was complete. When we returned to the store to reorder the game, expecting the store credit to be restored, the store manager informed us that the item had already shipped despite the cancellation confirmation. As a result, we were told we must wait until the package is delivered to the incorrect address, gather documentation (including delivery confirmation, cancellation confirmation, and identification), and submit it to customer service before the credit can be reinstated. This situation has been both time-consuming and frustrating, particularly because the issue originated from an in-store error that I attempted to correct immediately. It is disappointing that the store does not have the ability to resolve mistakes made during the transaction and instead requires the customer to navigate a lengthy process for resolution. I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved.

Do not trust them. They sold me a game but put a different game in the case. Refused to refund when they made the mistake! That's like criminal bait and switch. Unfortunately, I paid cash. If you buy from them be sure to use a Credit Card so you can Dispute and Chargeback if they rob you,

Management needs to retrain the young man that was working the counter tonight (January 13, 2026, around 6:40 PM). I was refused a standard trade-in (Fae Farm, loose) because the employee decided to tell me it looked "suspicious" because it was loose without a case and a little dirty (I just pulled it out of my boxes from a move—I do tech repair and Switch mods, things get dusty). This was just a couple of days after this same GameStop accepted a different loose game from me. (Great experience on that first visit!) He tried to gaslight me by saying the system "couldn't take it," and when I showed him the app proving otherwise, he claimed it was a glitch and turned me away. I’ve been a GameStop customer for years in Texas and have never been treated like this. Being profiled as if I'm some sort of criminal hawking stolen games for $10 is wild. It’s disappointing that this is the state of things at this location. The first visit I made, a younger girl helped me; she was super polite and took the trade-ins with no problem. I wish I could give her a separate 5-star review! To get profiled by some kid for trying to trade in a game is, at the very least, insulting.

I got there minutes before it closed and she still denied me what I needed after telling me I had to come back to the store to be able to sell what I needed to. On top of that she lied about how long the process would take. She said it would take 3 hours but I looked it up it would take 5-15 minutes. Terrible services, she’s lazy and doesn’t care about customers. All it was was selling a Wii U. Very disappointed.

Great GameStop location with very kind employees. I picked up an Xbox Series S while on my vacation in Utah. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this location to anyone.
