They told me on the phone they take steering wheels Then when I got there they told me no we don’t and he was not letting us sell an xbox either.Which I know that they take them no matter what.

Female employee has more interest talking to her friends than customers. They also refuse to answer the phone when they first open. Made me drive all the way out there to find out they don’t have something in stock because they can’t pick up the phone.

This is the final straw for me shopping at this location. I've repeatedly dealt with the same female employee who complains about hating her job and stops helping customers mid-conversation to talk to her friends. On multiple occasions, I've seen new products already stocked on the shelf but been told they were "not for sale yet," even when she admitted to stocking them. I later purchased the same items at another location without issue. This behavior is unprofessional and has completely turned me away from shopping at this location.

I have shopped at this location many times but today was by far my worst experience in this store. I walked in at 2:20 to inquire about a game that was on sale and I ended up walking out at 3:00 because the employee was too busy chatting up its friend that walked in after me to help me. I’ve dealt with this employee in the past for a trade in and she took way longer to process my trade than any other location ever has because she was talking to another of her friends that time as well but she actually helped me that time so I abstained from writing this then. The employee in question spent the time I was in there today complaining to her friend about the company, the hours she is working and her back pain instead of helping and even let her friend into the stores back room for some reason. What consumer wants to listen and witness that kind of negativity about somewhere they’re shopping at? I ended up just giving up and leaving to go shop at a different location because I was so fed up. I will not be shopping here anymore going forward and I hope that the company improves their customer service training at this location because this was not a good look.
