GameStop - 3132 - Chicopee Marketplace

This is a place my sons love. They were hard into the stock mart buy, buy, buy a couple years ago to save game stop. So was I. I con stores like these need to be saved. And we saved, and we go there.

They were able to find a game I was looking for years and they also have a lot of Mario Bros stuff

Worst experience I have ever had at any GameStop manager white guy with pony tail had two customers in store and sign said open has me waiting there for about ten minutes then insists on rudely coming over and closing the gate in my face and acting like I wasn’t standing there in the cold and turned the open sign off this was a very rude exsperience as he could have simply said we’re closed but the way he handled it was just wrong I just had hand surgery and lost a limb and been going through a lot and to be treated like absolute garbage made my day and life feel a lot worse I hope you sleep well knowing you enjoy ruining other people’s day deserves a write up for sure the worst part about it is he let some guy that he knew in right after closing the door in my face

I took my younger brother in to this GameStop location to look around the collectible/card section, as we were looking an employee noticed and asked if we were looking for pokemon. He then told us he had just the new set in and was happy to sell them to us, one per customer. The way he went about it was very welcoming and he provided excellent customer service. If I could tip there I would! I didn’t get his name but the receipt says Andrew, so thank you Andrew!

I just wanna start off saying… I only came in to browse for 360 games as I’m getting back into and was blown away by the manager, dalton, and his sales associate summer. Absolutely amazing, I bought 1 game and was there for 30 minutes talking about games, there love for the company, how knowledgeable and friendly and overall happy to be and pride themselves with how well the stores doing. I’ve been in corporate a long time and this was a amazing experience.. I just wanted to give them credit for how amazing they were as representing the company but also taking care of me and asking if I needed or wanted anything else. I hope this reaches someone high enough because I never leave reviews, but I had to for this.. they deserved it. Thank you guys so much and I will be referring my friends/Clients to this location as much as I can! Amazing people thank you again! And I can’t wait to play OG halo 1 that I got for less then $10! What a steal and great atmosphere and experience!
