GameStop - 3109 - River City Plaza

1st time in this shop and restarting my collection of Yugioh cards. Bought yYugioh boxes with packs inside. Used my debit card with no problems. Guy working at the time in early July was chill and helpful even while he was busy with store stuff.

I had a really frustrating experience at this GameStop when I tried to sell my PlayStation 4. Before looking over staff member said HDMI cord is required. I drove home to pick up the HDMI cord and return back to the store. Describe the console being fully functioning and good condition. I was denied communication and customer service was disappointing. I have traded and sold plenty of items to GameStop at different locations and never had a problem, so this was unexpected. I left feeling like this was a big waste of time. Also the hustling of staff to buy a membership is insane and annoying! I already said I was not interested, but I feel like they keep pushing it anyway instead of focusing on actual customer service. I feel like my time and efforts were completely wasted.

"Power to the players"???????? You guys just treated me like the criminal because a very few other gamers steal? I cant return a faulty device because of others? I did nothing wrong. Yet im getting the punishment. I've been on the fence about coming to game stop for a long time. This just sealed the deal and ill never come back to any. Nor my kids, and that will continue through my teachings of how bad you treat your customers. I was even waiting outside your establishment for 10 minutes while the clerk was late opening. What a waste. I dont want your crappy tech, I could tell how cheap the product was as soon as I took it out of the box. And the fact that it wouldn't even work, cemented the thought of how bad of products you make. Now im stuck in a loop of returning your crap product just so you can shovel more crap products back to me. DO NOT SHOP HERE GAMERS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU

Did all alot of Christmas shopping here. We got bought some used ps5 controllers. They were still $60+ and should last longer than a month. I will admit they tried to sell me stick drift warranty, and guess that should of have been my sign to not buy used controllers. Not just the controllers but the new headsets they sell are poor quality!

I like gamestop I been buying my cards from their but after today I probably wont the guy selling me my stuff keeps hounding me about the pro membership and bitxhes about my budget I have for cards. 20 30$ here an their and complaining that I am not purchasing the membership to save 5$ like I want 25 30 worth of cards idont have more than that to spend so if I boughtbthe 25 membership 5$ would get me nothing at all I just dontbhave extra money to buy the damn membership. Kinda rude. If someone says no leave it at that
