GameStop - 3101 - Schillinger Town Center

Everyone is nice but ... I got a preorder mtg deck before the release. Their system got shut down when I came by to pick them up. They can not give me a refund or my decks bc the system is shutdown. I'm very upset they can not give me a time when they will be open again. It is the second day I've checked and still closed I went to another gamestop to see if they could help me out with a refund or to aquire my items. Again they said there is nothing they can do or don't know what to do. I just want what I paid for the day I'm supposed to get it. This will be my last pre order from gamestop

I came into GameStop with a bunch of old consoles and the guy there started with me then the store got packed with about eight different customers and while he was handling all my stuff he was constantly checking out other customers He handled that store like a boss! I gave him his props and he was really appreciated for it. Very courteous, knows his merchandise and what he's doing!

Had a terrible experience. The cashier was incredibly rude to me, and quite frankly it felt targeted. I hope that cashier learns better customer service quickly. I left before I made my purchase.

My preorder never transferred to store after my original store closed, and they cheated me out on $13 I spent on the preorder once they started processing the order. I ended up getting the game after 2 weeks, but it wasn’t worth the drama. I do not recommend this place anymore.

Christina was amazing at helping me find the game I needed! She even let me take a moment to step away and think about something else I couldn’t quite remember. She was super patient and understanding while I figured it out. Honestly, Christina is the best employee I’ve ever met, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this store—hopefully, she’ll be there to help me again. Thanks, Christina, you’re awesome!
