The door says they open at 10am. This is a lie. Came to make a payment on a game but they were closed. Drove from Silver Springs. Not very good for your customers at all.

Had some stuff happen with a couple pre-orders on my account and Mack helped me out with no issues!

Had all the new items I wanted, newer employee reasonably judged me for my purchases, 10/10 would get judged again.

Are you kidding me??? Your worse than the scalpers. Charging $90 over msrp on a MTG bundle $100 over msrp on a pokemon charizard box. I really hope you guys keep failing and just crash and burn. Not sure if it midnight releases are always this unorganized but I called the store earlier for what time it starts, drove about an hour and a half, got a spot in line JUST to be told we needed a sticker so we can get called in groups. We go up to ask for a sticker, get told our preorder wasnt valid and to go to the back of the line. Apparently we needed to be there HOURS EARLIER than before it starts to get one. One man who worked there was being very rude, nowhere online or during the phonecall specified we needed a sticker. In the end we got what we pre-ordered but this gamestop was just not all that organized and 2 out of the 3 employees clearly didnt care about their job. I understand customer service sucks and all but do better with these events.
