GameStop - 3073 - Owasso Market

I would give this store/company a 0 if that was allowed. How is a company going to sell products over 100%-200% mark up from MSRP? THEY ARE THE SCALPERS!!

I was surprised they had a very good selection of games, and even some sports cards. Not a bad experience at all

Guy answering the phone in the afternoon always sounds like he just woke up and is just plain unhelpful anytime i call up here

I went into the store on Saturday April 18th 2026 to trade 5 games in towards a new game. After the games were scanned the total was $67.50 however when the total was given to me in was $45.00. When I asked why I was not told. That is when I noticed there was a refurbish fee charge on all 5 games. When I asked why there was not explanation given. I asked again no explanation given. I explain my games are in excellent condition I take care of them. The employee said I know. At this point I am frustrated and the customers behind me said they need to go. The employee said that is the offer take it or leave it. I took the games and went to leave. When I was at the door I heard the employee said to the next customer I dont take stolen goods any way. I went back to the counter and explain that they are not stolen and if you look at my gamestop account that the employee could pull up you would see all 5 games were bought there and that I spend hundreds if not thousands there. I was then told that to leave or cops would be called. I was extremely frustrated and humiliated that I would be accused of stealing my own games. I will not be going back especially while that employee is there.

Came in 20 min to close. It was myself and another customer in store, said customer was talking nonstop on phone. I came in looking at your clearance sale, had a stack of stuff to buy, and your rep who I could tell was annoyed by other guy all of the sudden, announced the internet was out...then faked like there was no signal on pc ...right before close as he's already cleaning etc and noticed my stack...I just put my stack back and said no problem and left. Hell of a salesman.
