GameStop - 3063 - Hammond Plaza

Went their for a pokeman card for my nephew’s birthday hes loves those things. Got yelled at for trying to open the glass myself however the man working there was handsome as can be so i aint mind at all

The store is great they handle everything professionally and according to the way it should be. But the online store sucks bad. I had an order that I fully paid for got two of the items then they had problems finding and shipping the other one, so I cancelled the last item. The tried to charge me for the item twice after I cancelled it. And they still haven't gotten my money back to me. This has been over a week now

My granddaughter went in to get a switch for her son and they were very helpful to her and she got want she went for. Great place

I can’t say enough about this game stop the manger Melody is always very helpful the store is always clean and organized!! I have never had any problems the staff goes above and beyond to help me !!

I've seen staff sit down and ignore customers. Especially during events. I've seen staff be rude to others and even yell. There are a few nice employees, but the rest are awful. The prices are ridiculous too.
