Came here on Sunday 8/9 around 5:30. First of all, Gregory was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked about a product and he shut me down without any explanation or looking it up on the system. When we went to check out he took 10 minutes on the computer typing god knows what before ringing us up. Terrible experience and would not recommend coming here since their employees can't acknowledge decent customer service. And had the audacity to cuss at another customer. If you don't want to be there, then don't work there.

This was one of the most frustrating pickup experiences I've ever had. My husband purchased a PS5 online using his name, his email address, and his credit card. I was listed as the alternate pickup person. After work, he went to pick up our fully paid order with the confirmation email and order number in hand. Walter, who was working the front desk, refused to even look at the order number. He immediately said it was against policy because the pickup was under my name. My husband offered to have me send a picture of my ID or speak to me on the phone, but Walter refused and said the only reason I could call was to cancel the order. We didn't want to cancel the order, we just wanted to pick it up. Because of this, I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way while getting everything ready for my son's 16th birthday party. I had party food in my car, my toddler had just fallen asleep after daycare, and our guests were waiting at the house. The best part? When I finally got to the store, Walter looked at my ID, walked to the back, grabbed the PS5, and handed it to me. He didn't ask for the order number, didn't verify anything else, and the entire pickup took less than a minute. So if checking my ID was all that was required, why was my husband turned away without even having his order number checked? Whether this was poor judgment or store policy, it resulted in a completely unnecessary inconvenience on an important day for our family. A little effort and common sense could have avoided the entire situation. I hope management reviews how these situations are handled so other customers don't have the same experience.

Will sell stick drift controllers and if you pay the 20$ insurance for the 70$ controller you can’t get a refund for it.

Called to get some info if they had a product in, the guy that answered said, "We open at 12PM, I'll tell you then." Lmao! Why answer the phone then if you aren't open yet?

Although they're price are good and their refurbished controllers are like brand, they're employees just lie about how a PS3 game can work on a ps4.
