Has anyone ever had a gs employee steel gift card money from them just was curious because I had bought some gift cards with a total value of $232.50 and never used them once and like 2hrs after getting them i had went to use them and they were 0 balance and I've been trying to get my money back for months and they keep refusing a refund so I called corporate and they had said they can't do anything so just was curious and also wanted to warn people to avoid buying gift cards from them as I guess they have been stealing peoples/customers gift cards

Giving a 4 and not lower purely because the staff is so kind and so helpful, and having such a well organized and kept store is great, too. So often is something out of stock or unavailable. The pre owned selections are a bit limited as are accessories. The card situation is completely out of control, which largest, I understand is a corporate problem, but there is so, so much unsold and unsellable inventory they have purely for the absolute insane markup. When the scalpers are re selling their products for lower than GameStops prices, there is a serious problem. Something has got to give. Otherwise, this GameStop is pretty solid, and I'd still recommend going here for your pre orders or trade ins.

Asked the store employee to look up a rare game that was not at the store. His response was we don't have that game. I said I know you don't have it. I wanted to know if any nearby stores had a copy. He didn't even check the computer or tell me to check online. After we left I checked GameStop.com and ordered the game. Only to find out it was at a nearby store. Please educate your employees on proper customer service.

This GameStop is rad. Definitely had to get the pro membership but this one specifically I appreciate for their help when it comes to finding the products i need. Even if they can't be found in-store and I have to order something sent to the mail they definitely always have the time to help me find what I need.
