Price gouging and not honoring corporate military discount. Pokemon cards here are priced 200% of MSRP. that's right, literally double anywhere else. The store staff are friendly enough. I recently went in because my kids started collecting Pokemon cards. One of the associates came up to my 5 year old while we were in line and gave him a free card which was really cool. But then I got to the register, I told him it was a free card, and he went over and rung up a single card 1.99 sku anyways. I had to state again that it was a free card and he then examined the card and stated "oh yeah. Luckily I remember this card from going through the stack so I don't have to charge you for it." Don't give my 5 year old something for free and get him excited and then talk about taking it away. And lastly, I asked for a veteran discount and displayed my ID card, and was told it's for active duty that are in full uniform only. This was a very recent change, but after looking online, the uniform requirement is arbitrary. Store managers are allowed discretion on wether to honor DD-214's or VA ID cards for retirees, and Marines are not allowed to wear non dress uniforms in public, so this essentially ends the military discount for Marines. Big bummer. Works in a pinch as a special treat I guess if you're willing to pay double, but I guess now I'll load my 5 year old up in the car and we'll try to beat the scalpers at Sam's club and BestBuy, where single packs are $4 instead of $8...

Chris was an awesome help. I’ve Been searching the world for a specific collection of characters for my kids and Chris not only helped me look around the store, but went above and beyond to relate and help me hide the toys so my kid couldn’t see I was buying it. Really made my whole day and was just an incredible experience

Massive decline, slow lines because we are more worried about talking trading cards than checking out customers. Sass over using trade in credit when the website specifically states can be done in store. Review changed to 1 star after told the only employee worth the visit to this store (reese) was let go,probably for being too good to customers . Glad I used my last of my trade in credit. Done with this crappy trading card scalper location posing as a game store
