GameStop - 2991 - North Park Marketplace

called on the phone and employee was very nice and helpful!

Traded in my PS5 to purchase a used PS5 Pro. After they shipped me two duds I just bought a new one from CostCo. Stuck with this gift card since they refused to give me a full refund. Masters of ripping people off. Shop elsewhere.

Good selection, employees are helpful. But: they don't offer gift receipts! We stopped in for a birthday gift, and were told that's only during the holiday season. If you want people to buy birthday gifts here, you need to offer gift receipts.

The employees were very kind and knowledgeable and spoke to my kiddo with respect, didn't talk down to him because he was younger. He was able to purchase a gift and something for himself. 10/10 - go here!

Very well organized, feels clean and professional. You are greeted by an automated message informing you of the fact that the site is video monitored, which is interesting. The employee I talked to was very helpful and polite. Decent selection in store, and as I said earlier it is very well organized, making it quite easy to find what you are after.
