GameStop - 2917 - Barataria Shopping Center

I took my son to this location to replace a meta 3s he had that had broken. The associate Gabe was very helpful as my son wanted to trade in his ps5. He helped check out the PS5, gave us a fair credit, and had the meta 3 in stock my son wanted. We always get great, helpful service at this location, but today was exceptional.

Bought a "refurbished" controller there whose Bluetooth didn't work and the buttons stuck. It was meant to be a gift and I didn't realize the defects until after the 15 day return policy. They, however, offered to buy back the 60 dollar controller for 10 bucks to sell to the next sucker.

The young lady at Game Stop helped my son find all his Five Nights at Freddy's merch. She listens to him and all his needs and wants. He only wants to go to that store all the time now. Thank you.

I went in on 12/30/24 and Patrick was very friendly & helpful. He definitely saved my night helping me solve a gaming issue my son was having. THANKS AGAIN PATRICK ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The gentleman who was assisting my 7 year old little boy, was extremely patient & considerate. He did not patronize him in any way. I really appreciated that. He was very nice. I will absolutely return to that store.
