I stopped in to see if I could pick up a bag and to maybe shop for some accessorues and Matt helped me find the things I was looking for. Wow Gamestop has really improved their lineup of offerings!!! I found some of the coolest bags & backpacks, PS2,PS3 games, WII U's and switch lite's, and a ton of really cool stuff in here! Thanks for the great vibes Matt. It was definitely the kind of walk down memory lane that everyone needs from time to time!!!

Ok, though they do suck at answering their phone. The manager redeem himself with me. I had an extended storage brand new but it was not working. I got it a couple of months back and it was pass the 30 days. The manager was still able to help me out and trade it for an replacement and this sucks are like $400 so shout-out to the good manager over there. Still hope after all.

Tried to order an Xbox series s from this location. I ordered it online for next day pick up. I did not receive a confirmation email but the money was pulled from my account. I work near this location so I decided to stop by to see if they could help me out and I explained the situation to the young lady at the counter and she was extremely rude and short I understand it could have been a long day but there's no reason to catch an attitude with a customer. I left the store with the situation unresolved and within an hour of me getting home I had a notification that my order was cancelled because they could no longer hold it even though I never received a confirmation email or a notification that the order was even ready to pick up. I had also tried a couple times during the day to call the store and absolutely nobody answered at any calls. What's the point of the phones if you don't answer them....

Very nice workers, helpful with picking out birthday gifts, clean in the store. Honestly this game stop was a lot better than the saginaw one
